Idle process killers?

The Question is:

 
Dear Sir,
 
How can you disconnect users after a period of inactivity?
 
I can't work out whether this should be login specific or some sort of
network timeout.
 
We're using UCX v4 and clients connect via TELNET over TCP/IP.

The Answer is :

 
  Please see previous discussions of IPK ("Idle Process Killers")
  and such here in Ask The Wizard.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not aware of any idle timers within stock
  OpenVMS nor within TCP/IP Services.
