(Unspecified) problems printing to HP printer?

The Question is:

 
I have multiple Alphaserver 1000A connected over
a local LAN some system are running OpenVMS ver 6.21h3
 
Q: I was able to configure an HP5SI printer using
TCP/IP but i was not able to do so using OpenVMS 7.1.
The same version of TCP/IP was used on both.
 
could you give me a hint on what to do?

  information on the problem, answering your questions is difficult or
