Y2K readiness?

The Question is:

 
Is OpenVMS Alpha Version 7.1-2 Operating System available for the Alpha
2100?  This version appears to contain the Y2K kit upgrade and the hardware
enhancements we need.  Is this a true statement?
 
We had asked these questions on 19 Apr 99 on the following web site and have
not received an answer:

  Information on Y2K readiness and product status is available in the
  OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
 
  Please see the OpenVMS FAQ for pointers to the available Y2K web sites,
  and to the Y2K readiness product status search engine.
 
  OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 and V7.2 are both generally-available OpenVMS
  Alpha releases, and both are Y2K Ready.  Please see the OpenVMS Alpha
  Software Product Description (SPD) for information on the supported
