srvdead: unexpected death of ACMS server?

The Question is:

 
Hi,
Twice a day we got a application problem in our vax. It happen around 11:00
then we must restart the application and it works to around 3:00 pm, then we
must restart the application again. In the logfile we got the following
message.

What's the problem, we have tried everything.
Is it a network problem?
 
UDGATE is a frontend computer and the application is running on a second
server via a 2Mb wan connection.

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact Compaq Customer Support Center directly, extensive
  additional information will be required to resolve this.  This will
  include information on the ACMS version and ECO level as well as
  relevent dump files or other log files, DECforms, etc.
