The Question is:

 
I would like to Know if
Digital Equipment Hardware
 &
DEC  are compliant?

The Answer is :

 
  DIGITAL, DEC, and Digital Equipment Corporation were all different
  names for the same corporation, a corporation that is now a wholely
  owned subsidiary of Compaq Computer Corporation.
 
  As for any determination of compatibility, that will require specific
