V5.5 upgrade and missing file?

The Question is:

 
Sir,
   I want to upgrade my os vms from 5.4 to 5.5.
But there one file GHGSYSPAR.EXE can't be found. Can you advise me where can
find this file. thanks.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is unfamiliar with a "GHGSYSPAR.EXE" file -- this
  file is not part of stock OpenVMS.  If that is the correct name, you
  will want to search your system disk to determine what package or
  product is referencing this module and/or what component is generating
  the message(s) referencing that module, and work from there to resolve
  this.
 
  If you are unable to determine this, please contact the Compaq Customer
