DECnet SET HOST connection rejected?

The Question is:

 
connect to network object rejected
 
Trying to connect a machine through DECNET
isn't possible:
 
ALPH07$ set h uf1370
%SYSTEM-F-REJECT, connect to network object rejected
ALPH07$
 
Checking this node doesn't produce any error:
 
ALPH07$ mc ncp tell 20.158 sho exec
 
 
Node Volatile Summary as of 25-MAY-1999 17:17:42
 
Executor node = 20.158 (UF1370)
 
State                    = on
Identification           = DECnet for OpenVMS AXP V6.2
 
Any suggestions what the reason may be why the
login fails.

The Answer is :

 
  Check the value of the RJOBLIM system parameter.  While the parameter is
  dynamic, you'll need to restart DECnet if you need to increase it -- DECnet
  only reads the value during the DECnet startup.  Also remember to update
  the contents of MODPARAMS.DAT.
 
  If raising RJOBLIM does not resolve it, please contact the Compaq Customer
