SECURITY_SERVER excessive activity, RWMBX?

The Question is:

 
Out of FOUR(4) VAXes connected thru CI Cluster,
We are facing this problem on one VAX 7610:
The process SECURITY_SERVER is doing too much
page faults (about 150,000 in 24 hours) and
after few days the status of this process goes
to RWMBX and system doesn't allow any authorized
user to login. It gives "user authorization
failure". If we check Intrusiions the error
"%SYSTEM-F-MBFULL mailbox is full"
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  Ensure that the appropriate files from the list of shared files included
  in the V7.2 (and later) version of SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE are shared across
  all members of the OpenVMS Cluster.
 
  Ensure that the appropriate ECO kits have been acquired and applied.
  In particular, VAXLOAD03_062 or later and VAXAUDS01_062 or later.  Also
  check that the appropriate DCE ECO kit is applied, as well as other ECO
  kits listed as "mandatory" in the patch database.
 
  Ensure that the OPCOM and associated processes are all operating.
 
  Ensure that any processes monitoring security alarms are operating.
