BACKUP/JOURNAL fails on V7.2?

The Question is:

 
Since the upgrade to OpenVMS 7.2 the following command for making
incremental backups of our disks (e.g. gamma$dka0) doesn't work anymore:
 
$ backup/verify/record/ignore=interlock/journal=gamma.bjl
gamma$dka0:[000000...]/since=backup sigma$mka500:gamma.bck/date
/label=INCBCK
 
Apparently the problem is caused by the /journal qualifier. Without this
qualifier there are no problems.

The Answer is :
