about LAT/CTerm.

  The CTERM protocols are described in the DECnet specifications, these
  are referenced in the OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ).
 
  LAT is a protocol that is licensed from Compaq, and information on the
  protocol is available upon receipt and acceptance of an agreement.  If
  you wish to license LAT, please contact the Compaq Customer Support
  Center for assistance and for pointers to the organization currently
