POLYCENTER Security Products?

The Question is:

 
Once upon a time, Digital made ans sold a product
that was then named DECinspect, a security auditing
tool. It was renamed later Polycenter Security
Compliance Manager. It was also customized and
used by DEC internally to monitor the security
of its own network.
 
Last thing I heard was that the product was sold,
if I remember well, to Touch Technologies. I browsed
their web pages, but could not find anything about it.
There is however still an SPD for this product on
the OpenVMS web site.
 
My question is : what is the status of this product ?
Can I still buy it ? If not, what good replacement
would you recommend ? And would it be possible to
buy from compaq the customization work that Digital
made for its own systems ?

  The Polycenter Security tools were sold to Touch Technologies, Inc.,
  though ordering continues to be available through Compaq.
