Plans for DCL Command Completion?

The Question is:

 
Is there a way to complete information on the command line without cutting
and pasting and also without typing in the entire line? With unix you can
begin a line and using the [ESC] button complete the command.
If VMS does not presently have a feature like this then can we expect it?

The Answer is :

 
  Command completion is not available on OpenVMS.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will pass along the suggestion.
