Accessing OpenVMS RMS files via ODBC?

The Question is:

 
I wish to use SQL/services to access RMS files from a Windows NT front end
using Visual Basic.  I have Managed to find ODBC drivers from the Oracle
site for Rdb, but I still need access to RMS data from the VAX. How do I do
it.
