Add DIBOL Compiler to Freeware?

The Question is:

 
When VMS went to Alpha, the decision was made not to port VAX Dibol. The
approved methodology is to purchase Dibol from Synergex.
 
Since we have a precedent for dead languages going on the freeware CD
(Bliss,Macro), could we get the VAX Dibol source and executable  code
released to the Freeware CD, or to the DECUS library?
 
There are a few of us DIBOL-heads out here willing to port the product..

The Answer is :

 
  There are no plans at present to release DIBOL sources on the OpenVMS
  Freeware.  That said, were sources made available, an entirely different
  code generator would be required.
 
  Synergex is the official migration path.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will pass the request along.
