C++ 64-bit addressing support?

The Question is:

 
Is there support in the C++ Standard Template Library for 64 bit addressing?

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume you are refering to OpenVMS Alpha.  If so,
  the answer is no.  In order for the library to support 64-bit pointers,
