Seeking FMS documentation?

The Question is:

 
I would like to write an API to some legacy fortran applcations which will
allow me to intercept and re-direct the data from FMS screen puts and gets
via a DEC-C wrapper application.
 
Can you direct me to the appropriate on-line FMS documentation which
describes how FMS interacts with VMS and which VMS functions I can use to
re-write my code?
 
If docs are not on line...where can I get them?

  Please contact 1-800-DIGITAL or your local Compaq reseller to
