Obtaining OpenVMS Training? (COBOL)

The Question is:

 
Where can I get training for a job that uses COBOL on a VAX using DEC?  I am
blocked out of the training page: www.openvms.digital.com/training.  I have
looked all over the web and cannot find anything that meets this criteria...
please help!

  The OpenVMS Wizard would recommend the training courses and technical
  resource kits and OpenVMS books and other materials listed in "DOC11.
  Where can new users find tutorial information about OpenVMS?" in the
  OpenVMS Frequently Asked Questions.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is not specifically familiar with courses for COBOL
  programming on OpenVMS, though would recommend direct contact with the
  training organizations referenced via the http://www.compaq.com/training/
  website.
