Seeking larger mouse pointer? (DECwindows)

The Question is:

 
How can I change the mouse pointer icon in the CDE? My daughter is severely
sight-challenged and has trouble finding the default (and only?) pointer.
 
Standard Un*x boxes can do it, so can Windows, how about Digital's CDE?
