Problems printing to HP LaserJet?

The Question is:

 
I found that raster graphics data sent to a HP Laserjet - yes, another
problem with HPLj - is printed incorrectly if the printer is connected to
the system by TCP/IP. The same printer connected via a DecServer LTA device
prints the data - a logo in this c
ase - without any problem.
What's the trick to let them behave in the same way?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center, this will take some
  research -- information on the OpenVMS Alpha version, the TCP/IP Services
  version, and the particular queue configuration (setup, Telnet or LPR,
  DCPS or otherwise), the particular failure seen, etc., will be required.
