Extended File Specifications, Java, C, and C++?

The Question is:

 
When will C++, C and Java support the Extended File Specification. For
example JAR and the RTL function fopen still created the file in the
traditional way.

The Answer is :

 
  We expect to support Extended File Specifications in future releases
