Problems booting the bootable environment?

The Question is:

 
Alpha station AS200 when we try and boot standalone from the second drive we
get Halt Code 5, and then it goes to the >>> prompt.
 

The Answer is :

 
  Standalone BACKUP is not supported in OpenVMS Alpha V6.1 and later,
  the bootable environment CD-ROM, or a locally-created copy of the
  bootable environment is required.  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume
  this is the bootable environment.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would encourage you to try this test again,
  using the OpenVMS Alpha bootable CD-ROM environment -- this will
  hopefully help you localize the problem.
 
  The OpenVMS Alpha SRM firmware uses the following halt codes:
 
    0   - bootstrap, processor start, or powerfail restart
    1   - console operator requested a system crash
    2   - processor halted due to a kernel-stack-not-valid
    3   - invalid SCBB
    4   - invalid PTBR
    5	- processor executed CALL_PAL HALT while in kernel mode
    6	- double error abort encountered
    7	- machine check while in PALcode environment
    8-FFF		- reserved
    other values	- implementation specific
 
  Please contact your hardware support organization, as additional
