DCL on Windows NT?

The Question is:

 
I want to use a lot of my existing DCL scripts which support VMS pre and
post processing on my NT which runs the same tools as my VMS system.
 
My question is: Is there a way to port or use DCL scripts on an NT machine?

The Answer is :

 
  There are (or were) third-party packages that provide a DCL interface
  on OpenVMS.  The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a position to recommend a
