DFO Delay in Defragmentation?

The Question is:

 
Hi We are using Disk File Optimizer Version 2.3. I just want to ask a
question, why everytime I run the defrag interactively by typing the command
defrag vol data_disk: the defragmatation process won't run immedeatly, could
be at leas another hour to run.
 
I don't limmit anything on the DFO and I don't schedule anything. What is
the problem?
