Expectations of ever receiving answer from Wizar

The Question is:

 
If you ask the Wizard a question (as I have done twice now) how do you know
whether you will *ever* get a reply?
I'm still waiting for the reply to my two previous questions.
 
 

The Answer is :

 
  As stated in the Overview and Rules, the OpenVMS Wizard urges you to
  utilize the Compaq Customer Support Centers around the world for any
  time-critical questions, for any questions that you simply must have
  an answer to, or for questions that you require some form of email or
  telephone feedback.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard can not and will not answer all questions asked here.
  This for a variety of reasons: incomplete information, failure to follow
  the specified rules for posting a question, a simple "stumper", etc.
 
  On those questions that do receive answers -- the answers posted here
  will routinely be delayed by a week or longer, and will typically be
  posted out to the website in (larger) batches.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard thanks you for your question, and has made changes
  to make these expectations and assumptions more explicitly clear in the
