FTAM and remote command execution?

while using FTAM, is it possible to execute a command at the remote host ?

The Answer is :

 
  The usual approaches involve DECnet task-to-task (DECnet Phase IV,
  DECnet-Plus, or DECnet-Plus over IP), or various IP tools such as rsh
