ODBC Access to (Third-party) Database?

The Question is:

 
I am looking for an ODBC driver that I can use from a PC Client to interface
with a VAX DBMS datbase.  Does Compaq/Digital provide one?  Any
recommendations?

The Answer is :

 
  Please contact the database vendor for assistance -- in this case,
  please contact Oracle.  (Oracle does provide ODBC capabilities for
