TCP/IP telnetsym and (overly) long records?

The Question is:

 
I'm printing using ucx$telnetsym , I got a error messages with some
documents(" Byte record too large for user's buffer"). How can I fix this?.

The Answer is :

 
  Consider shortening the length of the records involved.
 
  If this is not feasible, contact the Compaq Customer Support Center,
  as information on the TCP/IP Services version and ECO, as well as the
