OpenVMS ELSA GLoria Synergy graphics support?

The Question is:

 
I  am currently trying to install a SN-PBXGK-BB graphics card in  Alpha
500au digital personal workstation. I have downloaded the patches from the
web site and transferred them to the workstation I mentioned above. I am
trying to configure in Vms 711h2. W
hen I try to install the VMS712_UPDATE02 file using the 'product install '
command I get the following error message:

If anyone can get me past these errors I would greatly appreciate the help.

The Answer is :

 
  The SN-PBXGK-BB is the ELSA GLoria Synergy graphics controller.
 
  Please see the OpenVMS FAQ (September 1999 or later version) for
  details on the ELSA GLoria Synergy, specifically see the section
  "MGMT24. How do I configure ELSA GLoria Synergy graphics on OpenVMS?".
 
  The OpenVMS FAQ is available at various locations, including:

  OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 is a minimum requirement -- you appear to be
  trying to install an OpenVMS Alpha V7.1-2 kit onto V7.1-1H2, and
