DECwindows Screensaver? DECserver problems?

The Question is:

 
Q1.  How to create screen saver (blank screen)on Alpha 2004/100 workstations
 
Q2.  We connected Digital LA424 printers via DEC 700-8 and DEC 90_M print
servers?  Yesterday we lost power supply to Master clock and date and time
changed to 1-2-2000, after restoration of supply DEC 700-8 stayed at LED
indication 3 and printers are not
 getting activated even though print queue is there in the POS server.  What
is the procedure to start this server from Alpha 2004/100 worksation or by
directly connecting VT monitor to the DEC server ? Please clarify/give
procedure.

The Answer is :

 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will assume this is the AlphaStation 200 4/100.
 
  DECwindows provides the capability of blanking the display screen.
  Look in the session manager menus -- in DECwindows Motif displays,
  the option is located in the Options menu Screen Background item.
 
  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for information
  on DECserver operations and configurations.  Once correctly installed,
  these devices should automatically download and restart upon power
  restoration; this could potentially indicate a hardware problem with
  the DECserver devices -- assuming that the MOP download operation is
  correctly configured and has completed.
