The Question is:

 
How can i remove clients from a cluster ?
How can i disolve a cluster

The Answer is :

 
  Use CLUSTER_CONFIG or CLUSTER_CONFIG_LAN to alter the system configuration
  necessary for an OpenVMS Cluster.
 
  You will need to duplicate or rebuild the common files -- see V7.2 and later
  SYLOGICALS.TEMPLATE for a list of the common system files.
