Adapter and Connector Wiring and Pinouts?

The Question is:

 
What is the pin out of the DEC termserver 200 M/C at the db 25 port
connector and at the RJ-45 adapter that plugs to the db-25 connector??

The Answer is :

 
  The MMJ pinout and other pinouts are listed in the OpenVMS FAQ.
