FTP and parameters? (username, password)

The Question is:

 
Using FTP with UCX, supposedly we can put parameters on the command line to
process
 
ex: FTP port/username=x/password=x
 
however the parameters are being ignored, and this goes for all legal
parameters.  How do we get the parameters to be recognized?

The Answer is :

 
  COPY/FTP is the command you seek, not FTP.
