The Question is:

 
How do I set up a print queue for an HP Color Laser Jet printer using DHCP
commands?

The Answer is :

 
  DHCP provides IP addresses, and OpenVMS requires TCP/IP Services
  V5.0 or later for DHCP Server support.  Support for DHCP Client
  capabilities for OpenVMS are planned for a future release of
  TCP/IP Services.
