OpenVMS on Personal Workstation -a series?

The Question is:

 
I customer of ours like to buy a PWS433a. If change Qlogic controller and
CDrom and the graphics adapter, then we can make this workstation work for
VMS.
 
Now we have a grahiics controller in stock, the SN-PB@GA-KB (matrox). Can i
use this on VMS?

The Answer is :

 
  The DIGITAL Personal Workstation -a series system is not supported by
  OpenVMS.  All "-a" series Personal Workstation systems are configured
  and are supported for use only with Microsoft Windows NT.
 
  A migration package is/was available to convert an -a series system
  into an -au series system.
