Monitoring System Activity, Condition?

The Question is:

 
What products are available that will allow me to monitor a cluster for
missing processes, low disk space etc.

The Answer is :

 
  There are various tools and scheduling packages, as well
  as third-party system monitors, but often simple DCL can
  scripts suffice.  The OpenVMS Wizard is not in a position
