BACKUP and EXQUOTA errors?

The Question is:

 
After  upgrading from v7.1  to v7.2 we are  getting process quota exceeded
messages which start  logging  imediatelyyafter the STARTRECORD  message
within the backup.
we get  the following:-
SYSTEM-F-EXQUOTA
%BACKUP-I-WRITEJNLACE error writing journal ACE
These messages are creatiing huge  backup log files which  are  leaving us
with 0 blocks  on the system disk, which in turn stops the queue manager
from running etc,etc.
We have checked  all operator  quotas in UAF
 
Help!!

The Answer is :

 
  Please follow the specified process quotas for BACKUP -- these
  quota recommendations have changed with V7.2.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard would also recommend acquiring the current
  BACKUP ECO kit and applying it.
