The Question is:

 
Is there an OPC client available for Open VMS V6.2-1H3 on an Alpha V4.2?
Hopefully it would be compatable w/Open VMS V71-1H2.
 
Specifically:
DIGITAL TCP/IP OpenVMS Alpha Version V4.2
OpenVMS V6.2-1H3

  Please contact the Compaq Customer Support Center for assistance
  with BASEstar and options for OLE for Process Control (OPC) client
  access.  (Recent versions of OpenVMS support COM and related DCE
  components.)
 
  Sample OPC clients and servers (source code) are also available
