Wizard responses not visible?

The Question is:

 
How can I view those questions/answers that have been posted by the wizard.
I see the the questions that I am interested in but I can't open the
content.  What am I missing or doing wrong.

The Answer is :

 
  This appears to be a configuration issue with your browser.
 
  The current display pop-up mechanism used at the website
  requires that Java be enabled in your browser.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will have text added to the introduction
  that indicates that Java is required.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard is also considering design alternatives
