Transaction TCP? (T/TCP)

The Question is:

 
Is T/TCP (aka Header stuffing) supported in UCX without having to build the
raw tcp/ip packets from scratch ?

The Answer is :

 
  T/TCP is normally refered to as transaction TCP/IP, and this capability
  is not currently available with TCP/IP Services.
 
  Packages such as RTR can potentially be of interest for distributed
  transaction-processing environments, and RTR can operate in IP network
  configurations.
 
  The OpenVMS Wizard will pass a request for T/TCP support along to the
  TCP/IP Product Manager.
