How do I boot a DECrouter 2000 over DECnet/OSI ?

The Answer is :

 
  The use of LANCP for MOP operations would be the choice of
  the OpenVMS Wizard, though MOP is also available in both
  DECnet Phase IV and DECnet-Plus.
