C++ Class Library for RMS?

The Question is:

 
Are there any pure C++ classes/modules for RMS.

The Answer is :

 
  An RMS interface is not in the class or standard library shipped with
  the Compaq C++ compiler.  More than a few C RMS interfaces are around,
