TCP/IP version for OpenVMS V6.2?

The Question is:

 
UCX version 3.3-7 with VMS 6.2 on a VAX causes BUGCHECK when used with third
party product BEA MessageQ V4.0A.  They say they support DEC TCP/IP Services
version 4.0 or higher.  What is the latest version of UCX that I can run
with VMS 6.2 (includes Y2K p
atches)?
