Remote (WNT) management of OpenVMS?

The Question is:

 
We have an Alpha Server 4100, running OpenVms v 7.1-1H2.  Is there a way to
manage our print queues from within Windows NT?  Most of them are LAT
queues.  Some of them are tcp/ip queues.  Thanks for responding.

The Answer is :

 
  See the available system management packages, particularly the
  OpenVMS Management Tools.  DCL CGI scripts and similar are also
