Text to PDF conversion tool?

The Question is:

 
Is there a utility to convert text format files directly to pdf format
files?? I know with convert/doc you can create a .ps file and then convert
it on NT network using ACROBAT distiller but I would like to do this
directly.

The Answer is :

 
  This is not part of stock OpenVMS.  Check the Ghostscript-related
  tools, and see if this is supported by one of those -- also see the
