Setting up IP-based print queues?

The Question is:

 
We currently print using LAT Protocol but with network upgrades we are
moving to pure TCP/IP. We have installed TCP/IP on our Alpha Box but do not
know how to setup the 60 print queues we currently have to IP print queues.
We are using VMS V6.2 and TCP/IP
 V4.2 Can you help?
