The version of the agent is this: DEC-AXPVMS-H22AGENT-V0200-004-1.PCSI Here are some info about the system: $ sh sys OpenVMS V7.2-1 on node PCC001 3-NOV-1999 09:48:48.26 Uptime 0 00:31:38 Pid Process Name State Pri I/O CPU Page flts Pages 00000201 SWAPPER HIB 16 0 0 00:00:02.03 0 00000204 LANACP HIB 13 55 0 00:00:00.01 105 140 00000206 IPCACP HIB 10 10 0 00:00:00.00 30 41 00000207 ERRFMT HIB 8 113 0 00:00:00.04 86 99 00000209 OPCOM HIB 8 74 0 00:00:00.09 83 41 0000020A AUDIT_SERVER HIB 10 58 0 00:00:00.00 147 147 0000020B JOB_CONTROL HIB 10 55 0 00:00:00.03 56 74 0000020C QUEUE_MANAGER HIB 9 127 0 00:00:00.04 139 173 0000020D SECURITY_SERVER HIB 10 33 0 00:00:00.02 537 240 0000020E TP_SERVER HIB 10 134 0 00:00:00.03 67 88 0000020F SMHANDLER HIB 6 51 0 00:00:00.03 158 141 00000211 NETACP HIB 10 41 0 00:00:00.02 52 88 00000212 EVL HIB 6 61 0 00:00:00.02 117 105 N 00000213 TCPIP$INET_ACP HIB 8 61 0 00:00:00.01 168 133 00000214 TCPIP$ROUTED LEF 6 311 0 00:00:00.03 2775 40 S 00000215 REMACP HIB 8 10 0 00:00:00.00 28 14 0000021A DECW$SERVER_0 HIB 6 949 0 00:00:06.73 1031 775 0000021B DTSESSION LEF 4 1202 0 00:00:00.47 902 493 0000021F DTWM LEF 5 2991 0 00:00:01.56 745 742 S 00000221 DECW$TE_0221 LEF 6 318 0 00:00:00.58 691 619 00000222 _FTA1: LEF 6 8397 0 00:00:02.06 934 83 00000226 ORACLE8 CUR 4 122 0 00:00:00.02 256 97 $ ucx TCPIP> sh host LOCAL database Host address Host name 127.0.0.1 LOCALHOST, localhost 159.7.7.11 SAU, sau 159.7.7.15 pcc001, PCC001 TCPIP> sh services Service Port Proto Process Address State FTP 21 TCP TCPIP$FTP 0.0.0.0 Enabled PORTMAPPER 111 TCP,UDP TCPIP$PORTM 0.0.0.0 Enabled REXEC 512 TCP TCPIP$REXEC 0.0.0.0 Enabled RLOGIN 513 TCP not defined 0.0.0.0 Enabled RSH 514 TCP TCPIP$RSH 0.0.0.0 Enabled TELNET 23 TCP not defined 0.0.0.0 Enabled Are there a newer version available or any other solution ? The Answer is : When posing questions, please remember to include the full text of any error message(s) received. You will want to acquire the StorageWorks Command Console (SWCC) V2.1 (or later) kit for use with environments where TCP/IP Services V5.0 or later has been installed.
