The Question is: I'm running DECwindows 1.2-5 under VMS 7.2-1 on a DS-10. When I pause the window and then return to it, the window borders are not repainted with the specified color; they seem to be transparent (screen background color) altho they are outlined. Also, t he pause screen has lost all boxes (evidently, they are the same color as the screen background color). I have not found any patchs that seem to cover this problem. Everything still works, just differently. If I make a window active, the colors return as they originally were. The Answer is : If you have not found any patches, this is probaly a rare or new problem, or something that is specific to your configuration or environment. Please first apply the available graphics ECO kit: dec-axpvms-vms721_graphics-v0300--4.html and (for other reasons) please apply the available SYS kit: dec-axpvms-vms721_sys-v0100--4.html There is presently no ECO kit available DECwindows V1.2-5. Please contact the customer support center if the problem persists. Information on the installed ECO kit(s) and the name of the particular graphics controller installed in the AlphaServer DS10 system will likely be needed.
