VUIT or similar DECwindows X GUI Builder?

The Question is:

 
Which tool(s) does Compaq use for building X/Motif GUI's on the Alpha?
On the VAX there is VUIT (a Compaq product). Can VUIT be ported to Alpha
using DECmigrate?
Or does Compaq now offer a GUI builder on the Alpha?

The Answer is :

 
  Compaq uses a variety of tools to build X Windows GUIs, though various
  interface work is now targeting operation in CGI-based environments.
 
  The Integrated Computer Solutions (ICS), Inc. Builder Xcessory (BX) tool
