Where may I find the TCPware software, is that part of OpenVMS?

The Answer is :

 
  TCPware is a third-party package, available from Process Software.
 
  The TCP/IP Services license is included with a number of OpenVMS
  VAX and OpenVMS Alpha system packages, as part of the NAS license.
  The TCP/IP Services installation kit and binaries are included with
