Dual ELSA Gloria configuration?

The Question is:

 
DECW$PRINTSCREEN does have problems on DS10, 2 ELSA-Gloria Cards.
Screen 1 is set 8 bit mode (the only way to keep decwrite running),
decw$printscreen to fetch 8 bit deep images in color does not work for ddif
and ps. decw$printscreen does crash with either x Error 73 8X_GET_Image) or
does simply die with system-f-accvi
o....

The Answer is :

 
  First acquire and apply the available GRAPHICS ECO kit and the other
  available ECO kits for OpenVMS Alpha V7.2-1, then -- if the problems
  persist -- please contact the Customer Support Center directly.
